My mission is simple: to teach, share and treat holistic health (Massage, Bowen therapy, Iyengar Yoga and Meditation) to help awaken our community to their highest potential.

I have gathered an abundance of resources and knowledge studying in Australia’s most respected health institutes. Studying remedial massage with Victoria University (ranked number 12 in the world for sport science), Intro level 2 Iyengar Yoga with Alan Goode Australia Senior Iyengar Teacher 2018, Cert in Bowen Therapy with Fascial Kinetics 2012, Dip Hatha Yoga with Sarasvati Yoga Society 2011, Cert IV in Massage 2008, Dip in Holistic Living Counselling 2007.

During Covid-19 I qualified as a nutrient health coach with IIN. (Institute Integrative Nutrition)

During Covid-19 I enrolled and currently studying Holistic Nutrient Health Coach with Institute Integrative Nutrition IIN.

I want to make healthy living more accessible to people who want to improve their health and wellbeing. An increasing number of people are coming to yoga to cope with mental and physical health challenges, to learn ways to reconnect with their bodies.

As an Iyengar yoga teacher and holistic practitioner, I am here to help my students and clients to move closer to their ideal self, whether it’s through physical strength, stamina, flexibility, general fitness, mental clarity, emotional peace or calming down the nervous system enabling you to deal with stress.

Everything I teach in Iyengar yoga is lineage-based, handed down from Mr B.K.S. Iyengar to Australian’s most senior (Iyengar) teachers, hence the Iyengar tradition is rich with tools and practices that can help my students and clients who are living with the above conditions.
