Join Donna for a blissful weekend away to unplug, unwind and reconnect with yourself. This 2 /3 night yoga retreat is designed specifically to enrich your experience of yoga and meditation to nourish your body, mind and soul.
My aim is to provide a caring, nurturing, and safe environment for each participant throughout the retreat, to open, explore and deepen your yoga Practice. You'll leave feeling refreshed and alive, re-inspired to bounce back into life.
Iyengar yoga is accessible to all, to strengthen and build flexibility in a way that nurtures and encourages gentleness and true harmony releasing nervous tension, strain and stress. You will learn simple and practical poses (beginners and advance) that you can take away with you and incorporate into your everyday life.
This retreat is extremely popular and books out from year to year.
Location at Wye River on The Great Ocean Road in between Lorne and Apollo Bay if you haven’t been there, I’m sure you will fall in love with the place; it’s the perfect location in between bush and beach.
Greet the morning with the sound of waves, sunrise beach walks and sun salute on the beach (weather permitting). Followed by a healthy breakfast or alternatively settle on the terrace and take in the sounds of Mother Nature!

Please note: package 1 and 2 books out fast and are ideal for a group of friends while package 3 is for a single person sharing a room.
To secure your booking a $125 non-refundable deposit (per person) is required, especially if you have a package in mind. The remaining payment is required by 5pm 10 days before the retreat.
Cancellation policy: Please note the deposit is 100% Non-refundable or Non-transferable, while if cancellations are made prior to 27thSeptember, all money apart from deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after October 1 will be non-refundable unless a suitable participant can be found to take over your booking. If this is the case, all money apart from deposit will be refunded.

My sister & I highly recommend Donna’s Wye River Yoga Retreats, since meeting Donna in 2012 we have attended many fulfilling retreats and gained much knowledge through our spiritual journey together.
Donna is an excellent teacher, with a cheerful happy manner.
Explaining all the yoga movements clearly before you attempt an asana, takes the time to explain how to position and focus on each part of your body.
Donna is very encouraging, makes you feel confident, relaxed and is passionate with her instructions, background knowledge on yoga asanas.
Her Caring, spiritual manner is wonderful, she has a good vibe all day long and is grounded.
The ocean view is a calming companion, delicious, healthy, hearty meals which Donna prepares herself, my favourite homemade minestrone soup with cheese, tomato and spinach toasties.
